Showstopping bespoke displays that truly bring the ‘Morphe Experience’ to life...
Morphe aren’t your average beauty brand. Born in 2008 among the artists and influencers of Los Angeles, a beauty brand designed for the creators, but kind to the wallet, was made with over 2,850 stores and concession spanning across the globe.
Morphe’s key goal was to bring the ‘Morphe Experience’ to life and entice potential customers from the roadside, drawing them in-store and providing a rich, multi-sensory experience from the second they stepped through the door and beyond. After working with other integration providers and having little success in achieving their aims, Morphe were on the lookout for a digital media provider to deliver the ‘Morphe Experience’ by expanding on existing design concepts and adding that extra ‘wow’ factor.
Recommend by Selfridges, we began working with Morphe in March 2019 when we took over the existing digital displays at their Liverpool and Newcastle stores.
Bespoke digital solutions were identified, which included large format storefront LED pillars, large upper storefront displays, cash desk solutions and a flexible in-store music system. All these elements would work together to help bring the ‘Morphe Experience’ to life and make for an unforgettable customer experience.
The bespoke large format LED displays sat prominently in store front window and offered high digital impact from outside the store through use of intense colour videos, grabbing the attention of passers-by and drawing them inside.
75” Samsung upper store front displays were installed just past the doorway to capture even more attention thanks to streaming capabilities, designed to display live makeover events as people entered.
Cash desk displays were incorporated to provide an additional opportunity to engage with their customers and promote brand messaging where dwell time and attention paid to screens have demonstrated a positive correlation.
In addition to visual solutions, we also designed and installed a zoned in-store music system to allow multiple functions of the stores space, with a variety of broadcasting functions to suit. Audio take-overs were enabled for in-store tutorials and social media ‘live stream’ events, as well as audio infrastructure to enable DJs to dock and perform live in the store, adding to the brands identity and further enhancing the ‘Morphe experience.’
All of the displays are managed through the Scala Content Management System to allow us to manage the day-to-day content scheduling and automation of each screen, obtain analytics and support any issues quickly.
Morphe concessions have also received the enhanced digital transformation, including stand out projects at Selfridges W1 & Trafford centre which included unique LED shelf edge displays, an ideal solution to draw attention to specific product or encompass a brand message through the concession space given the brand true identify.
Pixel has proudly installed digital solutions in 11 standalone stores across the UK, Australia and Europe including Melbourne, Chadstone, Amsterdam, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Dublin and Birmingham as well as 10 concessions including H-Beauty Milton Keynes, Selfridges The Trafford Centre, Douglas Munich and H&M Copenhagen amongst others. Future plans include further expansion of the Morphe Experience, with mores stores and concessions planned to receive digital transformation and enhance the ‘Morphe Experience’
