Delivering energy efficient, forefront tech to catwalk fashion.
QUIZ Clothing is a British fashion business that focuses on delivering catwalk style looks and trends. With over 200 stores in the UK, and more than 50 across other parts of Europe and Asia, QUIZ’s aim is to always be exciting and innovative.
In late 2022, QUIZ approached us looking for a new technology partner. The retailer needed to digitally update its estate and wanted us to help reach its goal of a single supplier for audio and visual media in-store. With QUIZ’s main target audience being customers aged 18 to 35, it was our job to drag attention away from mobile phones to the in-store media, whilst creating a lively, modern environment with curated music.
We started at QUIZ’s Lakeside store, where we installed two 75-inch floor-to-ceiling digital window displays, a free-standing 75-inch display inside a custom totem and a wall-mounted, behind-counter display, all of which were used to make a visual connection between the online, broadcast and in-store environments.
We also managed the in-store music by installing a new BOSE FreeSpace 3 Sound system that brings the space to life with curated content from the suitably licensed Spotify track-library, all remotely controlled and managed by us here at Pixel.
Since then, we’ve completed further installations, with more on the way! By moving QUIZ from reliance on print media to digital displays, we’ve been able to help the fashion brand achieve two important objectives: keep it on track to achieve sustainability goals by reducing waste and increase shopper footfall with eye-catching displays and a new sound system.
