In the early days of our partnership, LCD based displays weren’t bright enough to effectively display property information in outdoor facing situations. Instead, we utilised rear-projection technology to display digital messaging in their store windows. Projectors were connected to our Cloud content management solution for remote delivery and management of content, so that listings could be displayed around the clock. The managed service was designed by our in-house team to be simple and effective, freeing up Knight Frank store staff and the wider IT team to continue delivering the best customer service.

 

Of course, over the years, our approach has evolved to take advantage of the latest display technology developments, transitioning from projection to ultra high brightness LCD displays, under the same, consistent managed support service.  New LCD displays are installed in bespoke, branded, totem style enclosures, complete within laser-cut logos and branch identifiers to maintain aesthetic consistency across locations.
