Tesco Mobile needed a partner for the nationwide digital signage rollout across its network of store-in-store locations.
What we did
Over 600 screens are being deployed across 400 Tesco supermarkets, covering storefront promotions, various in-store zones and dedicated handset/SIM areas.
The first 100 locations were completed in under a year, working with Tesco’s preferred fit out provider to allow the stores to trade throughout the process.
How we did it
We created an installation approach that could be adapted to the varying store-in-store environments. It helped maintain consistency, making it possible to roll out at speed without sacrificing quality.
Storefront displays feature high-impact promotional messaging. Equipment includes various sizes of Samsung Tizen SOC displays, oriented in both portrait and landscape, complemented by a bespoke, back-to-back double-sided screen, positioned to catch customer attention inside and outside of the store.
Each Tesco Mobile store includes several customer areas, including zones for SIM-only, Samsung devices, accessories and more. The content is managed in conjunction with the Tesco Mobile marketing team, making deal updates an easy and rapid process.
To ensure Tesco Mobile staff can seamlessly guide customers through tariffs and product options, we incorporated an interactive tablet into each location. Along with access to the latest information, the tablets provide locked-down access to the Tesco Mobile website and all its offers.

What now?
Tesco Mobile now continues to build their digital network to create a large-scale digital signage estate that boosts brand recognition, supports product discovery, and enables flexible and reliable promotion at scale.
