Home / Work - One Stop

What we did
To move One Stop from some of the traditional POS formats and support its new retail media proposition, Pixel Inspiration delivered a nationwide digital signage rollout in under 3 months.
Following a successful trial and validation phase, we installed a three-screen solution, featuring 55” high brightness displays in window-facing situations as well as two 13” counter-top displays at key till positions in over 300 locations, creating a consistent digital media network, designed to support targeted retail media campaigns and enable brands to run dynamic, time-sensitive campaigns at scale.
How we did it
The project was delivered using a phased rollout model, beginning with a trial installation across 11 stores, allowing One Stop and its retail media partners to validate screen formats, positioning, content workflows and operational processes in a live trading environment.
Following the trial, Pixel completed a total of 350 surveys across stores, assessing each for space, power, sightlines, and compliance. The surveys identified a number of locations that required physical store adjustments, including freezer relocations and fire safety equipment repositioning in order for the digital signage solution to be implemented correctly.
Our in-house creative services team worked directly with One Stop’s partner, Dunnhumby, to schedule over 130 content campaigns tailored to time of day and location, offering meal deals at lunch time, breakfast offers in the morning and drinks in the evening.
