What is Safe Contractor Accreditation?

Our Safe Contractor accreditation and what it means for your business

At Pixel, we are proud to have been awarded SafeContractor approval for over ten years. This accreditation signifies that we are dedicated to and value the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, partners and anyone that may be affected by our business practices.

By aligning our health and safety values to meet the criteria set out by Safe contractor, we are making sure that we are second to none in making clients feel secure, that we're a business that’s serious about reducing risk, and making the workplace safer for everyone. This means you can trust and be confident in the product we are delivering for you, has safety at the forefront.

What is SafeContractor Accreditation, and what does it represent?

SafeContractor Accreditation means that, as a business, we meet the requirements related to health and safety, equal opportunities, diversity and environmental management practices.

A business must meet the requirements analysed through a detailed audit process. After completing a thorough questionnaire, a trained H&S auditor will review the business's safe systems of work and decide whether they are adequate for the work activities.

The process is thorough and transparent, moderating our practices by a highly regarded and trusted method in the industry, an essential part of the journey towards receiving the SafeContractor seal of approval.

This step is robust and requires Pixel to supply all relevant policies, health and safety records, and documented working methods.

How SafeContractor Accreditation benefits clients

Being SafeContractor Accredited brings value to businesses. It showcases to current and potential clients and employees that the company they are working with makes health, safety, environmental and wellbeing obligations a priority. For many clients, this is important as, naturally, they want their agency partners to reflect their values. As a result, a client may need to disassociate from an organisation that does not value health and safety in the workplace. It is something at Pixel we are proud to hold and key to our ways of working.
